The Max Murdok Program

Today isn’t that day.

Altho my big cuz came out for a visit and that was swell. I couldn’t really do much when he was here but we did manage to nerd out a few hours in front of the computer. He did more than I, with this damn hip it hurts to sit for too long. We tooled around with Fedora and Ubuntu – the geeks that read this will understand that babble.

Well my latest and new persistent issue is the pain I’m having with both shoulders now. I guess if there is any good news, I’m running out of parts to give me pain. AND as the last post and xray show – at least one part is in order. BTW, I know a few of you were offended or surprised, or both by the Xray post and all I can say in my defense is; when I stop being rude and disgusting y’all need to start worrying because the end is near.

Anyway. The shoulders make it hard to walk with the cane now, like I need that. I’m already not getting any exercise as it is and what little I do, it usually involves just walking outside with the dogs. I need to find a pool to start working out the kinks in these young, but weakened bones o’ mine. I need something. Can’t really lift my arms above my head, or reach for water from bed without pain. Sometimes they pop. Most of the time I just get a shooting pain and swear alot. No idea what that’s all about but eventually I need to get down the hill and ask my doc’s.

There for a while I was sleeping great but all of a sudden I’m getting about 5 hours and I’m done. Sleeping kills the shoulders if I happen to lay on either one. And for what ever reason the CPAP machine is really irritating me now. That and even tho we have two humidifiers going and the CPAP blows moist air my nose and sinus’ dry out and that’ll wake me up. The Rozarim is great, but I’m still waking up way early than I should.

Ok. I’m starting to feel like I sound like I’m whining – just wanted to post an update. In a nutshell, nothings new I guess.
